Audience members at WWE legend The Undertaker's one-man show in Cardiff have been warned they will be kicked out if they are caught using their phones during the event. The wrestling star, real name Mark Calaway, is bringing his show to the capital ahead of WWE's Clash at the Castle event at the Principality Stadium.
Hundreds of fans will cram into the New Theatre to watch the Hall of Famer, whose character was commonly known as 'The Deadman' and 'The Phenom', present his 'Undertaker 1 DeadMAN Show' on Friday, September 2. Earlier this week, it was announced that a matinee performance would be held at 2.30pm that day after "unprecedented demand" for the initial 8pm show.
The show comes the day before the huge event at the Principality Stadium, with 74,000 people set to descend on the capital for the first major UK wrestling event in 30 years. Get the latest news and events from across Cardiff sent straight to your inbox for free by signing up to our newsletters.

The performances will be the first that The Undertaker has done outside of the US, with fans given a unique insight into the career of the former world champion. As well as sharing never-before-heard stories, the Phenom will also take questions from the audience, although he is expected to stay tight-lipped about whether he will be part of the Clash at the Castle the following day.
Tickets for the evening performance have now sold out, although some remain for the matinee. Regular tickets cost £105, while VIP Meet and Greet tickets, including a reserved seat in the front six rows and pre-show photos with the man himself, will set you back £260.
However, the venue is also operating a strict phone policy for the event, which is labelled as a "phone-free experience". As a result, the use of phones, smartwatches and other accessories will not be permitted within the performance space, with anyone caught breaking this rule set to be kicked out by security.
Instead, according to the New Theatre website: "Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times, and can access them throughout the event only in designated phone use areas within the venue.
"All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space. Anyone seen using a device (phone, smartwatch or accessories) during the performance will be escorted out of the venue by security."
The one-man show is one of many spin-off events happening in the capital during the weekend that will entertain the hordes of wrestling fans in the city. These include Progress Wrestling's show at The Tramshed on Sunday, September 4, and WhatCulture Wrestling's warm up show on Saturday, September 3 at Steinbeck and Shaw.
