Two women have been rushed to hospital after their motor crashed and landed on the central reservation of the M8.
Emergency services were called to the scene on the eastbound carriageway, near Eurocentral, at around 7.15pm on Sunday, May 22.
A picture from the scene shows the light-coloured motor lying on top of the crash barrier between junctions 6A and 7.
