Vice President Kamala Harris is scheduled to visit Augusta, Georgia today to assess the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. She will receive a firsthand briefing on the ongoing recovery efforts and is set to provide updates at 4:00 p.m. ET regarding federal support for emergency response and recovery in Georgia and other Southeastern states affected by the hurricane.

Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Walz will be embarking on a bus tour from New York City to Central Pennsylvania. The tour includes stops in Harrisburg, Reading, and York, Pennsylvania. Walz is slated to address supporters at a campaign rally in York at 3:00 p.m. ET, where he will be joined by local Senator John Fetterman. Later in the day, Walz will participate in two additional political engagements.

He is scheduled to deliver remarks on jobs and manufacturing in Auburn Hills at 1:30 p.m. ET, followed by an address on the economy, prices, and inflation in Marne at 5:30 p.m. ET. Vance is actively promoting his platform in key battleground states.
