Miami has quickly become one of the most diverse tech ecosystems in the United States. And while it currently doesn't have the same access to funding as Silicon Valley, it plays a unique role as a gateway between the U.S. and Latin America, with a significant amount of venture capital activity.

According to Endeavor Miami, Florida startups raised $5.7 billion in 2025 with 2,077 startups tracked statewide, up 10% since 2023. More recently, PitchBook found that South Florida startups attracted almost $2 billion in venture capital during the first two quarters of this year.
