The Los Angeles Lakers’ injury situation this season hasn’t been brutal, but it has been frustrating. It seems to be resembling a game of whack-a-mole — a couple of injuries occurring and improving, followed by another one or two new injuries.
First came injuries to defensive standouts Jarred Vanderbilt and Gabe Vincent. Key reserve forward Rui Hachimura has now spent two separate stints on the injured list. Cam Reddish came down with groin soreness last week and missed three games as a result, although he was cleared to play in Wednesday’s win over the Detroit Pistons.
Unfortunately for Los Angeles, Reddish will not play on Thursday when it faces the upstart Oklahoma City Thunder.
LeBron James and Anthony Davis are both available to play on this B2B at OKC.
Cam Reddish has been downgraded to out with the sore right groin.

Since Reddish moved into the starting lineup nearly three weeks ago, the Lakers have won eight of 11 games, although they lost two of the three games he recently missed.
