An Edinburgh city centre burger joint have pleaded with customers to order direct from the restaurant or face losing them for good due to the pay out they're giving delivery platforms.
Burger Mama, on Haymarket Terrace, posted a message on their Instagram account saying that they lose 30 per cent of their profit before even opening for the day due to relying on the likes of Deliveroo and Just Eat.
In February, Burger Mama opened their first stand-alone restaurant in the capital after being based within the Lioness in Leith for years. Despite the eatery saying they are busy, they admitted a huge amount of money is used to pay for delivery company's instead of customers ordering from their app or site.
