Multiple police cars have scrambled to an incident on Kilmarnock Road, in the Shawlands area of Glasgow, this afternoon.
Officers were spotted outside the Royal Bank of Scotland and Iceland around 1.15pm on Thursday.
A business owner has reported a 'heavy police presence' and says a police helicopter was also at the scene but has since left.

He told Glasgow Live: "A customer came in and said there was a heavy police presence and uniformed officers.
"They are all at the north end outside the Royal Bank of Scotland. The traffic is flowing as normal and it’s been contained.
"It’s quite scary for a lot of people.
"Sadly, it’s the climate we live in and people are desperate. That doesn’t mean to say it’s right, because it’s not and it puts fear into people."
We have approached Police Scotland for a comment on the incident.
