NEW DELHI: India's pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah's frustration was evident as he took the new ball on a rain-hit opening day of the third Test at the Gabba in Brisbane. The overcast conditions seemed ideal for swing bowling, but the lack of movement left Bumrah visibly disappointed. His dissatisfaction was even audible on the stump mic during Day 1, as he lamented the unresponsive conditions.
Only 13.2 overs were bowled in the first session due to rain, and despite adjusting his lengths in the fifth over, Bumrah found no success.
