Bruno Tonioli gives Britain’s Got Talent bosses headache as he sparks technical nightmare

The newest Britain’s Got Talent judge, Bruno Tonioli, is giving ITV bosses headaches as he keeps jumping up from his seat. Bruno’s over-the-top enthusiasm, which fans are familiar with from his time on Strictly Come Dancing, is said to have created a technical nightmare for bosses.

It's reported that the 67-year-old keeps moving out of frame, and the camera operators at the London Palladium have to be on red alert to anticipate each of his moves.

As reported by The Mirror, a source said: “Bruno is a little firecracker and constantly jumping up and down. The crowd loves it, Simon loves it... but the camera operators, less so.

“It’s an undertaking keeping up with him. He is up and down like a yo-yo.” So far Bruno has been a big hit with fans in the audience. He was signed up to the show just 11 days before the BGT auditions began in recent days.

He said rumours of a row over cash – with fellow judges Alesha Dixon, 44, and Amanda Holden, 51, reportedly furious at claims he earns more than them – are “rubbish”. Bruno also shut down at reports he is earning £850,000 for BGT. Insiders previously claimed that, in fact, Alesha and Amanda are very happy with the deal they have.

The sources added that Bruno earns 'a bit less' than each of the women. Bruno said: “It’s vulgar to talk about money, I never do it. So I don’t know what the girls are getting. There is no frostiness with the girls. We’ve been having so much fun.”
