Bruno Fernandes has revealed that he knew Anthony Martial was going to end his barren run for Manchester United against Wolves - because of a fresh trim.

The Frenchman has endured a frustrating season for the Red Devils this term. Injuries have limited him to just 13 starts in all competitions throughout the campaign and just seven goals before Saturday’s clash with Wolves.

Only one of those had come in the Premier League in 2023. Fernandes was confident that he would find the net against Wolves due to a bizarre new tradition of getting his hair cut by the club’s in-house barber.
