Father’s Day weekend matched up with the month plus between mandatory minicamp and training camp for the Cleveland Browns. Players have scattered for their summer vacations before the grueling 2022 NFL season begins.
While the players go on their way, the organization isn’t done working. The front office and coaching staff are busy reviewing film from the team’s offseason work and making plans for training camp including ideas of what players from other teams might become available.
The operations staff also is on duty making sure everything is ready for the season and engaging the fanbase. That engagement includes a family event at FirstEnergy Stadium for Father’s Day:

A great experience for fans to touch the field and throw the football around on a day where the weather resembles a fall Sunday more than one in mid-June.
A friend of mine was in attendance with his son, as seen below. According to him, opportunities for photos with the Browns bobbleheads, family photos, a free football and food were included in the event:
