The Cleveland Browns lost a key and dear member of their community on Saturday as their long-time radio voice Jim Donovan passed away after a long battle with cancer.
The team not only dressed Donovan’s booth with his headset and flowers, but they gave “The Voice of the Browns” a touching jumbotron tribute to honor what he means to all of Northeast Ohio and Cleveland. Donovan and his family then received a rousing standing ovation and an emotional moment of silence before their Week 8 game against the Baltimore Ravens.

The new voices of Browns Radio, Nathan Zegura and Andrew Siciliano, have massive and impossible shoes to fill. Donovan was truly a giant in the industry and a person who will go down as an all-time great for the Cleveland Browns.
The 1-6 Browns will look to honor Donovan the best way they know how as they take on the Ravens looking for a win.
