Brooklyn Beckham has ignored his mother Victoria’s 52nd birthday after she addressed their enduring family feud for the first time.
The former Spice Girl - who turned 52 on Friday - spoke out on her months of estrangement from her eldest child earlier this week, revealing she has “always tried to be the best parent”.
She started birthday celebrations early with a lavish dinner with her daughter Harper, 14, at Casadonna restaurant in Miami.
The mother and daughter duo shared a hug after Victoria was surprised with a white birthday cake at the dinner table.
Amid the celebrations, Brooklyn stayed notably quiet on social media, instead promoting a new recipe using his hot sauce brand, Cloud 23.
The budding chef, 27, shared a video of himself preparing “sweet jalapeño salmon with arugula walnut salad” on Instagram.
His wife Nicola Peltz, 31, also failed to acknowledge Victoria’s birthday.
Earlier this week, Victoria spoke out on her family’s ongoing rift in new interview with The Wall Street Journal.
When asked directly about her and husband David’s relationship with Brooklyn, she said: “I think that we've always - we love our children so much.
“We've always tried to be the best parents that we can be.
“And you know, we've been in the public eye for more than 30 years right now, and all we've ever tried to do is protect our children and love our children. And you know, that's all I really want to say about it.”
The comments come months after Brooklyn publicly distanced himself from his family, claiming in a scathing social media post that he had no intention of reconciling and accusing his parents of having “controlled him for most of his life”.
He claimed relations became strained around the time of his 2022 wedding to Peltz.
Brooklyn accused Victoria of pulling out of making Nicola’s wedding dress at the last minute and danced “inappropriately” with him at the wedding.
He wrote: “My parents have been trying endlessly to ruin my relationship since before my wedding, and it hasn't stopped.
“My mum cancelled making Nicola's dress in the eleventh hour despite how excited she was to wear her design, forcing her to urgently find a new dress.”
He then described Victoria’s apparent inappropriate dancing with him.
“In front of our 500 wedding guests, Marc Anthony called me to the stage, where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife but instead my mum was waiting to dance with me instead,” he wrote.
“She danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone. I've never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life.
“We wanted to renew our vows so we could create new memories of our wedding day that bring us joy and happiness, not anxiety and embarrassment.”

DJ Fat Tony, who performed at the wedding brunch, later backed up Brooklyn’s claims, saying Marc Anthony told Brooklyn to put his hands on Victoria’s hips and that the dance was “really awkward”.
Brooklyn also criticised David, claiming that despite travelling to the UK for David’s 50th birthday, repeated requests to meet beforehand were ignored.
The influencer said he was eventually offered a meeting on the condition that Nicola was not invited.
He claimed his parents are all about “Brand Beckham” and controlling the public narrative and said he has no plans to reconcile with them.
The former photographer recently removed a tattoo tribute to David and has reportedly told his parents to only contact him through a lawyer.
