Brooklyn Beckham has been trolled by TikTok viewers after claiming he was a humble “chef” - while driving a £1million supercar.
The son of famous footballer David and former Spice Girl star Victoria was spotted cruising in the red McLaren P1 in Beverly Hills.
Footage shows the moment he heads down Rodeo Drive before being quizzed by well-known TikToker Daniel Mac.
Poor Brooklyn looked stunned as Daniel peered into the cockpit of the pricy motor before asking his famous question, what do you do for a living?
The 23-year-old already recognised the TikTok sensation, who has nearly 13 million followers, but Daniel said he had no idea who Brooklyn was.
“I’m a chef,” says Brooklyn. “Really... are you like the best chef in the word?” probed Daniel who couldn’t quite believe a chef could afford such a car.
“I’m trying to be,” replies a nervous looking Brooklyn before giving advice to any upcoming chefs to always “follow your passion”.
“Do whatever makes you happy, just keep doing it,” shrugs Brooklyn.
Daniel shouts “this car is insane” as the high-performance motor, which has a top speed of over 215mph, speeds off down Rodeo Drive.
It was the TikTok comments that followed that really held Brooklyn to account after claiming he was a millionaire chef.
"What do you do for a living? ‘my parents are rich so I just kinda vibe’,” commented one viewer.
“what do you do for a living ? - i was born,” joked another.
A third said: “Born into a multimillionaire family and now married a billionaire's daughter. But he’s a chef!!”
“Chef he meant to say daddy’s money. The guy has never worked a shift in a restaurant in his life,” mocked a fourth.
“Not him pretending being a chef got him that car….. Brooklyn, please,” said another viewer.
Daniel Mac has responded to one commenter who couldn’t believe that he didn’t recognise or know who Brooklyn was.
"100% did not recognise him at first. Took this video on rodeo drive randomly last week,” he replied.
One viewer did comment in Brooklyn’s favour, they said: “He seems really sweet. It’s not his fault he was born rich. Too many haters in the comments.”
Another said: “bless him, didn't even mention his surname or background.. how humble.”
It was only recently that Brooklyn was spotted, in the same £1million McLaren, getting into some bother while exiting the luxury vehicle.
He was photographed struggling to climb out the of the supercar during another outing in California.
Brooklyn failed to navigate the car’s butterfly doors when running errands earlier last week.
