Surtain, 24, is considered one of the NFL’s best players at his position.
Denver selected Surtain the first round of the 2021 NFL draft. He is a two-time Pro Bowler and one-time All-Pro. Surtain has totaled 187 tackles, 36 pass breakups and seven interceptions through his first three seasons in the NFL.
Earlier this offseason, the Broncos signed guard Quinn Meinerz to a four-year, $80 million deal.
Surtain’s extension comes after Denver moved on from safety Justin Simmons this spring.
