Investigation reveals cause of terrifying Ryanair incident which saw man almost sucked out of broken window

A Ryanair passenger was partially sucked out of a broken plane window when it was shattered by metal parts from a fractured engine fan blade, U.S. investigators stated on Thursday.

The fragments thrown from the failing engine broke the window pane and inflicted more damage on several other sections of the fuselage, according to an investigative report released by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
