Appearing in the main draw at Wimbledon for the sixth time, Broady began the tournament in style as he secured an impressive 6-3 6-1 7-5 victory over France's world number 74 Constant Lestienne. The left-hander from Stockport looked full of confidence as he secured his first-ever straight-sets win at SW19, dictating play from the baseline and utilising his slice serve to perfection.
However, the world number 142 faces a massive challenge today against a player who has reached the final of three of the past five Grand Slam tournaments.
