Britney Spears' sons 'plan to move to Hawaii' after not seeing her in 'a year'

Britney Spears ' sons are said to be planning to "move to Hawaii" with their dad to get away from the attention surrounding their mother, according to reports.

The 42-year-old singer allegedly "hasn't seen" her sons in "over a year", with her two boys now looking to move away from Los Angeles.

Reports claim that her kids Jayden James, 16, and Sean Preston, 17, whom she welcomed with ex-husband Kevin Federline, are planning on making the move to Aloha State for a more private life.

Britney "hasn’t seen her teenage sons in well over a year" and before her marriage to Sam Asghari, according to reports, with her sons even reported to have stopped responding to her texts last summer.

TMZ reports that sources with "direct knowledge" have claimed that Britney's ex-husband and his attorney have sent a letter to Britney's lawyer regarding the proposed relocation - with them explaining they would like a response by the end of the week.

The letter is said to ask the singer about Jayden James and Sean Preston "relocating to Hawaii full-time with their dad and stepmom, Victoria Prince".

If Britney "objects" to the proposal, her ex-husband's attorney "will go to court and ask permission from the judge," according to the outlet - although they claim this is highly unlikely.

The publication then went on to speculate that due to the claims of Britney not seeing her kids in a year, "the judge will allow the move" should it end up in court.

This comes after reports swirled that Britney's autobiography was facing legal concerns.

Amid bombshell claims in her upcoming book, lawyers for the people who are said to be worried about the starlet's memoir, have sent letters to the book's publisher - which has, in turn, halted production.

The book is now expected to hit shelves later this year after originally being scheduled for release at the start of this year.

The Mirror US approached Britney's representatives for comment.
