Britney Spears made a dramatic return to Instagram by posting a cryptic topless picture - just 10 days after deactivating her account.
The 40-year-old, who has 41.9million followers on the platform, wrote alongside the picture: "Rose is two years old but what if time is an illusion !!!??? I’m wearing the same necklace TODAY that I’m wearing here !!!"
Fans told how they are worried for the Baby One More Time singer who cupped her breasts while wearing unbuttoned white denim shorts paired with several necklaces.
Some tried to decipher the meaning behind her words, who 'Rose' is and if she is dropping a hint by wearing multiple necklaces.
One wrote: "Does this mean that she feels as trapped as she did 2 yrs ago?? I guess b/c these court cases are taking too long."
Another added: "I think she is trying to say, that she feel controlled still, even after two years, and justice is not moving forward... That is what I'm reading... I hope she is ok though, like where is she? I hope she is doing what she loves and felling happy. Nothing more."
While one fan said: "And we still don’t know what rose is?!"

Last weekend Britney took to Twitter to say she was 'scared of people' and took aim at her mother Lynne Spears.
She wrote: "'So embarrassing... literally me for the rest of my life !!!! Let me tell you... it's SO SEXY to be on guard and scared of people secretly!!!'
Britney has two sons from her second marriage to Kevin Federline and tragically lost her "miracle third baby" in May last year.
She has been open about wanting to have a family with 28-year-old Sam Asghari.
She and Sam got engaged in September last year, announcing their pregnancy in April – but sadly in May, they revealed the miscarriage.
Posting on social media at the time, the couple said: "It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that we have lost our miracle baby early in the pregnancy.
"This is a devastating time for any parent. Perhaps we should have waited to announce until we were further along. However, we were overly excited to share the good news."
