A coalition of pro-Russian and pro-Palestinian hackers is launching weekly cyberattacks on British military, intelligence and infrastructure agencies, according to reports.
The group, known as the Holy League, is said to be made up of around 90 hacktivist collectives united by opposition to Western liberal values. Its stated mission is to conduct cyberwarfare against the allies of Ukraine and Israel — including the UK — and its members reportedly include individuals aligned with Russia’s GRU military intelligence agency and hackers trained by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
