- BT, EE, TalkTalk and Vodafone were named Britain's most complained-about broadband providers between April and June, each recording seven complaints per 100,000 customers.
- Overall complaint numbers fell compared to the previous quarter, largely driven by a decline in pay-TV issues, according to regulator Ofcom.
- Virgin Media recorded the fewest broadband complaints at four per 100,000 customers, followed by Plusnet and Sky with five each.
- Faults, service quality and difficulties getting services connected were the primary drivers of customer complaints across broadband, landline and mobile services.
- Plusnet generated the highest number of landline complaints, while O2 and Sky Mobile received the most complaints among mobile providers.
