Britain’s favourite chocolate bars have been revealed but the 29 treats named could be up for debate.
The research has been carried out by insight agency Perspectus Global who have compiled a list of the nation’s top chocolate bars by asking 2,000 people to vote for their favourite. Of course, there are chocolate bars on the list that we’d expect to be on there, including treats from Cadbury’s and Galaxy, but the order may come as a surprise.
Flavours that are considered more niche have appeared quite high up, including Bounty, Snickers and Toffee Crisps. The survey also found that when asked to choose just one type of chocolate as their favourite, 67 percent of Brits opted for milk chocolate, 22 percent said dark chocolate, and just 11 percent prefer white chocolate.

The research uncovered that Brits eat an average of three chocolate bars a week - that's 156 bars every year. 68 percent said eating a chocolate bar is “one of life's little pleasures”.
