Musa Motha gets Britain's Got Talent Golden Buzzer as all four judges 'forced' to hit button

There was a major Britain's Got Talent first on Saturday night, when all four judges hit the Golden Buzzer at the same time, having been swayed by a very vocal crowd to put inspirational performer Musa Motha straight through to the next round.

With this year's BGT final now just a week away, time was running out for hopefuls to make their mark on the competition and bag a place in the semi finals, which will kick off on Monday night.

Many acts failed to impress in the final rounds of auditions, with a whole host of them seeing their time on stage come to an abrupt end at the hands of the judges, but one of the few performers to break that trend was Musa.

Arriving on stage on crutches, the 27-year-old explained to the panel that he had been diagnosed when he was younger, leading to one of his legs being amputated and his burgeoning footballing career coming to an end.

He added: "After my amputation, I fell in love with music. My friends, they were dancing at the time and asked them to teach me to dance. This is the perfect time to reach out to more people and inspire more people out there."

He then said: "I've been imagining myself on stage and now it's happening."

Musa performed a moving routine to Naughty Boy and Beyonce track Runnin', with him doing all of it using just one crutch and performing some daring tricks.

Musa warned one of the most enthusiastic standing ovations in Britain's Got Talent history as his performance ended, with chants of 'Golden Buzzer! Golden Buzzer!" sounding out around the theatre.

Rules have already ben broken this series, with both Simon Cowell and Bruno Tonioli hitting theirs twice, with Bruno turning to tell the audience they 'had none left'. But, as Alesha Dixon tried to move things on by giving her comments to Musa, the chants continued, with Simon then telling all the judges to stand up and hit the Golden Buzzer together.
