A Glastonbury music fan has been dubbed a doppelganger of Her Majesty the Queen.
The fan — who bears a striking resemblance to our serving Monarch - was spotted sporting a blue coat in the crowd at the world famous festival.
The unidentified fan appeared to disguise herself from full-view wearing her hood up and lightly tinted sunglasses to avoid unwanted glare.
And since a picture of the look-alike has been shared on social media it has gone viral with viewers doing a double-take at the image and sparking a barrage of banter.
One person stirred the frenzy on Twitter : "The Queen has turned up at Glastonbury to watch Robert Plant. That disguise is fooling nobody."
Commenting on the tweet one added: "FFS lol God save the Queen," Buffy replied as Georgia added: "That’s so funny!"
Fifi tweeted: "That was funny! Well, The Queen likes Paul McCartney so why not?"
However, some fans felt the festival-reveller resembled Princess Anne instead.
"It really looks like princess Anne!!" Another agreed: "I was just about to say that, it really does!"
The Queen, who celebrated her Platinum Jubilee earlier this month, may not attend festivals but her granddaughter Beatrice was snapped in attendance.
Appearing casually dressed with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi she blended in with the rest of the festival goers as she donned a simple khaki shirt dress and a denim jacket tied around her waist.
And it wasn't without a blunder as her bank card was reportedly declined at the bar three times.
The royal was attempting buy beverages at the high-end Pony Bistro bar, she queued up - only to be left red-faced when she was unable to pay using her card.
But later in the day the festival announced cash-only which could explain why Beatrice was caught out using her card.
Meanwhile the Queen has marked a momentous moment as she has marked a comeback to her life-long hobby of horse riding.
The 96-year-old returned to the saddle after a nine month break after mobility problems forced her to take a break.
