Katherine Jones thought she was one week away from marrying her partner of more than six years. Instead, her fiancé told her he no longer wanted to go through with the wedding.
The 36-year-old was left heartbroken, but with a luxury destination celebration already paid for and around 30 guests having booked flights to Italy, she made a decision her ex probably never expected.
The bride-to-be decided that the wedding would still go on.
