Brian Dowling horrified as troll sends vile message about newborn daughter 'needing mum'

Former Big Brother star Brian Dowling has publicly slammed a vile troll who sent the new dad an 'evil' message about his newborn daughter, Blake, after she arrived into the world via surrogacy.

The TV presenter, 44, and his husband Arthur Gourounlian are currently on cloud nine after finally getting to meet their gorgeous daughter, and while the majority of Brian's fans are over the moon for him after his dreams of becoming a father finally came true - there are some who aren't so impressed.

Unfortunately for the new proud parents, some social media users can't quite seem to get on board with the fact that Brian’s sister, Aoife, acted as their surrogate, giving birth to their baby girl on September 1st.

Throughout Aoife's pregnancy, Brian was able to bat off the negativity surrounding the unconventional situation, however, since finally uniting with his baby girl, the proud dad is taking no prisoners when hit with criticism.

Since welcoming their first child, Brian and Arthur have been documenting their life as first-time parents on Instagram.

And on Tuesday night, the Big Brother winner shared a video of baby Blake crying in the background.

In the clip, the new dad said: “Oh no, no what’s wrong with baby Blake. Oh no, is she overtired? Is the baby overtired?”

After sharing the sweet video, Brian was hit with criticism from a follower who clearly doesn't agree with same-sex parenting.

The hurtful message from the social media troll read: “She wants her mother.”

Not having any of it, Brian posted the screenshot on his Instagram stories as he called out the 'ignorant' keyboard warrior.

“Messages like this make me sad but also so very angry. Arthur and I get messages like this rather often. I’m not sure if the people sending them are IGNORANT or just plain VILE," Brian fumed.

He then later took to his stories to thank other fans for their ongoing support following the vile message.

“Yes there are always messages like this in our DMs but hey, it’s life and you just have to rise above and move on. There will always be uneducated and rude people out there," Brian penned.

The new dad is basking in happiness since the arrival of his little girl Blake.
