You never want your head coach and your quarterback not on the same page. But it’s no big deal if it’s just one game, or one play … right?
Given the New York Giants’ woeful start to the 2023 season, and how Daniel Jones has played so far, that could be read as more alarming.
At least that’s my take (full disclosure: I’m a Giants fan. Maybe I’m reading too much into it, but here we are). On Monday, as the Seattle Seahawks beat the Giants 24-3, Daboll went to talk to Jones in the fourth quarter and was caught on camera tossing his tablet — joining all-time tablet tossers like Aaron Rodgers, the legendary Bill Belichick and, of course, Tom Brady — and waling away frustrated:

What did it actually mean? Daboll didn’t want to say:
