Brendan Rodgers has confirmed that Youri Tielemans remains in talks over a new contract at Leicester City.
The news comes amid transfer interest from Manchester United and Arsenal, with Liverpool also linked to the midfielder.
Tielemans' current deal expires at the end of next season, with the Foxes desperate to tie him down to fresh terms before the summer window.
Reports this week claimed that the 24-year-old had turned down Leicester's latest offer, but Rodgers has stressed that is not the case.
"He hasn't declined. For me his position is exactly the same as what it was," the Foxes boss stated after their 2-2 draw at home to West Ham on Sunday, in which Tielemans scored a penalty.
"He's a fantastic player and there's been no movement whatsoever, he's a player who has continued to work and is working well.

"'Till the last day he's here whether that’s at the end of the contract or summer or beyond that, he will always give his best because he's a top professional and he showed his commitment today. There's interest trying to be generated by other people."
Tielemans' display against West Ham earned him plaudits, having been criticised by supporters for his performances so far this season in what has been an underwhelming campaign at the King Power.
The Sky Sports punditry team were particularly impressed and debated his future, as ex- Manchester City defender Micah Richards said: "He's probably in the form of his life now.
"You've got to review, comes to the summer, talks of Man United, Barcelona, PSG being in for him - now course you're going to be looking at your options."
Liverpool legend Graeme Souness followed by noting: "For all the talk of him not signing a contract, the emotion he showed after scoring a penalty shows he's very much still on side."
Fellow Reds icon Jamie Carragher then added: "I think he'll see himself as a Champions League player, he's playing for Belgium, one of the best teams in the world. I expect him to leave in the summer."
At the beginning of the season, Tielemans was coy on his future plans, telling Sky Sports : "There's no update really. I'm open to everything.
"The transfer market has just closed, but I want to keep as many options as I can open.
"As long as I'm here I will give everything for the club. I've already done so, but I will do so even more. The contract situation is just something that is going on in football, it's a normal situation.
"There are talks going on - I'm not saying I'm going to sign, I'm not saying I'm not going to sign. We will see."
