Meghan Trainor has announced she is pregnant with her and her husband Daryl Sabara's second child.
The 29-year-old singer said she is "so excited" to welcome her new bundle of joy after keeping it secret "for the past few months".
Meghan announced her pregnancy during Monday's episode of the Today Show. She exclaimed: "We did it! It finally happened, and we’re so excited."
Prior to the announcement, the Grammy Award winner had teased fans on Instagram about her new baby.
Taking to social media on Sunday, Meghan shared a video of herself telling her family and friends "the secret I've been keeping for the past few months".
The clip didn't reveal what her secret was, but her loved ones were clearly overjoyed by the news.
Fans had guessed that Meghan is pregnant after noticing that one of her pals seemed to be holding a sonogram in the video and took to the comments to offer their congratulations.
One person wrote: "Baby #2? So excited for you both," while another commented: "It’s obviously that your pregnant haha but yay congrats."
"Congrats! Wooohooooo!!!! I mean. I think I know," penned a third fan.
Meghan and Daryl, 30, are already the proud parents of their son Riley, who was born in February 2021.
Last month, the All About That Bass hitmaker opened up about her "dream" to give her one-year-old son a sibling this year.
"Hopefully, I’ll be pregnant. I’m trying to make four children, so I’ve got to get on it," she told People.
She added: "After having a baby, I was like, there's nothing I can’t do. o now I’m just trying to knock off all my dreams on my dream list."
Meghan has spoken openly about the fear she felt when she welcomed her son Riley into the world as he didn't immediately cry after being born.
She gave birth to her first child via caesarean section and said the ordeal was "terrifying".
The star said her son was breech before the birth and immediately had "breathing issues".
Speaking to Today shortly after his birth, Meghan said: "It was one of those horror stories where he didn't cry. He didn't make noise when he came out."
After the birth, Meghan said she felt "so lucky we got to bring him home after five days."
