A boy who became a viral sensation for asking “where we about to eat at?” has sadly died at aged six.
Antwain Fowler passed away after a lifelong battle with a disease called autoimmune enteropathy, which occurs when the body’s immune system attacks itself.
On Sunday, his official Instagram page shared the news as his mum, China, paid a heartfelt tribute to her young son.
She said: “The pain in my heart is like no other” and “never in a million years, my heart is out my chest”. She also described the pain as “unbearable”.
The post, shared to Antwain’s 622k followers, has since received over 200k likes.

Antwain, also known as TJ, became an internet personality after his mother posted a video of him asking “where we about to eat at?”, which has now been viewed over 24 million times and has been shared all over social media.
He’s also known for asking “you got cheese I can eat?” to his mum in another viral video.
Antwain had undergone 25 surgeries in just five years and had been hospitalised “a countless number of times” due to his disease, according to the family’s GoFundMe.
His mother described the first four years of Antwain’s life as an “everlasting fight”, and said he asked his famous question - “where we about to eat at?” - following one of their many trips to the hospital.
Antwain’s mother has documented the six-year-old’s health journey across his social media channels.
Antwain’s GoFundMe raised over $60,000 (£44,000) for the young boy and his family, and has attracted heart-warming tributes following the news of his death.
One donor said: “Antwain, you’ve touched me in a way I can’t even explain. Your joy, love, and long-suffering is a lesson to us all! A reminder to never take health, love, and life for granted. I was truly inspired and moved by your life! Nothing you went through was in vain. I love you so much! You’re free!”
