A four-year-old boy tragically died from a catastrophic brain injury after he was crushed under the wheels of a tractor that his uncle was driving.
The man, who was "a father figure" to the young boy has been "devastated and hugely tormented" by the events and the death has left the whole family heartbroken, a court heard.
Harry Lee fell from the footplate of Brian Nutter’s JCB loader while he was riding on the outside of the vehicle at his family farm, near the village of Newchurch-in-Pendle, Lancs.
