A teenage boy was slashed in the face with a knife at a house party with friends, as his distraught mum revealed he now refuses to leave his home.
The unnamed 17-year-old was at a friend’s house in Smallthorne, Staffordshire, when he received the knife wound to his face, just above his eye.
He was taken to the Royal Stoke University Hospital and enquiries by Staffordshire Police were ongoing.
