Bowling Club in Milngavie destroyed after flames tear through historic building

Milngavie Claremont Glasgow

The beloved Claremont Bowling Club in Milngavie has been left in ruin after a huge fire engulfed the building yesterday.

Plumes of smoke billowed over the homes of residents nearby as the blaze tore through the historic venue.

Emergency services sped to the scene after they received reports of the incident at around 7am.
