Bournemouth are back in the Premier League, as they confirmed their promotion as Championship runners-up with a 1-0 win over Nottingham Forest on Tuesday.
The Cherries started on-loan Liverpool centre-back Nat Phillips and ex-Reds forward Dominic Solanke at the Vitality Stadium, eventually securing a win thanks to Wales international Keiffer Moore.
The goal came in the 83rd minute, as a clever free-kick was played into the path of Moore who rattled a composed finish into the bottom corner.

TEAM NEWS: Liverpool make five changes as Mohamed Salah returns for Villarreal
They will be promoted along with Fulham, who were confirmed as champions on Monday after a 7-0 hammering of Luton Town, while Forest will have to go via the Playoffs if they are to make a long-awaited return to the top flight.
Bournemouth were relegated in 2020 and were beaten in the semi-finals of the Playoffs last season by Brentford, who eventually went on to secure a top-flight spot.
Huddersfield Town also have a playoff spot secured, while Sheffield United and Luton occupy fifth and sixth respectively. However the latter duo could yet drop out of the top six on the final day of the season, with Middlesbrough or Millwall still able to barge into contention.
While Liverpool will definitely be an opponent for the Cherries next season, as of yet Everton have yet to move away from relegation trouble, as they occupy 18th spot with five games still to play.
