New laws restricting online alcohol delivery are among imminent measures following a landmark Royal Commission into Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence.

South Australia Premier Peter Malinauskas said the government had a duty to lead "systemic change" while handing down a five-year plan responding to recommendations of last year's royal commission.
