Boohoo co-founder Mahmud Kamani has become a director of seven Manchester businesses run by one of his sons.
Mr Kamani has taken up the positions at The Four Model Management, The Pinstripe Property Investment Co, Kamani Construction, Equalunit, AMK Leonard Property Investment, Kamani Living and Rosylee Global Investments.
All seven businesses count Adam Kamani as a director. He co-founded PrettyLittleThing alongside his brother Umar in 2012 before Boohoo, which is also headquartered in Manchester, acquired a majority stake in 2017.

The Four Models Management agency has worked with the likes of Jack Wills, and French Connection.
Kamani Construction is behind several developments across the city. In March 2022, a new CGI of the £50m development proposed by developers the company and Capital&Centric was revealed.
With his role at AMK Leonard Property Investment, Mahmud Kamani also joins his wife Aisha as a director alongside his son, Adam.
Towards the end of 2021, Mahmud Kamani stepped down from as a director of Manchester-based social publishing group LadBible as it prepared for its IPO.
Mr Kamani first became a director at the business in 2017 while the publisher rents space from the family's Kamani Property Group.
He was replaced by fellow Boohoo co-founder, Carol Kane.
