Bonuses total £1.5m at national law firm Weightmans after 'strong year'

A national law firm has handed £1.5m out in bonuses to its staff after reporting a "strong year".

Weightmans has confirmed its total income increased by 5% to £103.2m in the 12 months to April 30, 2022, while its net profit rose by 25% from £9m to £11.3m.

The Liverpool-headquartered law firm has offices in Manchester, London, Leeds, Newcastle, Birmingham, Leicester, Glasgow and Cardiff.
