Police Scotland have found a body in the search for a man who was reported missing more than a week ago.
The discovery was made in the Lamlash area on the Isle of Arran. While the man is yet to be formally identified, the family of Mariusz Robert Batyra have been made aware.
Mr Batyra, 49, was reported missing after last being seen on the island on June 29 around 7.40pm.
He had been in Shore Road in Lamlash - opposite the Ship House stores, police said.
Officers appealed for the public's help in tracing Mr Baytra when he first went missing, and put out a second appeal on Monday, July 4.
