Police are appealing for information after the front window of a parked BMW was found riddled with bulletholes in east London.
Officers responded to reports of shots fired in Cornwood Drive, Limehouse at 1.40am on Tuesday.
There are no reports of any injuries.
Pictures from the scene show a BMW black with four bullet holes in the front windscreen that were not found during an initial police sweep of the area.
A Met spokeswoman said: “Police were called to reports that a firearm had been discharged in Cornwood Drive, E1.
“Officers attended. A search of the area was carried out but no vehicles or offences were identified.
“No arrests, enquiries continue.”
