Blue are going on tour in 2024 to mark their 25th year as a band and have promised fans they will be playing all the hits.
On Monday, Duncan James broke the news on Good Morning Britain, which he currently presents, saying that they would be on the road next year with Simon Webbe, Lee Ryan and Anthony Costa all on board.
Blue: The Greatest Hits tour will be travelling all across England and Scotland (but not Wales) in the spring, armed with six albums of material.
James is currently filling in for showbiz correspondent Richard Arnold on the morning magazine show and said: “I have some great news that won’t leave you feeling blue as we are putting on a special tour.
“We could put your city in lockdown when we fly by on a low ride very soon.”
Thankfully, for the unaffiliated, James was referring to the band’s hit Fly By and not making reference to Covid-19.
Blue released their Heart and Soul record in 2022, their first LP since 2015 and toured on the back of it. It’s unclear if a corresponding greatest hits album will be out next year.
