Ah, the time-honored tradition of wrecking or throwing a tablet.
Tom Brady was a fan of tossing tablets during his storied career, with the frustrated QB hurling them. Aaron Rodgers did it and became a meme.
Let’s turn our attention to baseball. On Sunday, Chris Bassitt was pitching for the Toronto Blue Jays when he didn’t get a borderline call from an ump in the first inning against the Seattle Mariners. Then? It all unraveled from there and Bassitt gave up a grand slam.
So Bassitt took it out on the tablet. Ouch. I know the tablets are useful for learning info while playing in a game, but maybe they need to be covered in titanium or something:
Certainly looked like Bassitt has struck out Kelenic but he doesn't get the call on an inside fastball then two pitches later, Kelenic walks #BlueJays pic.twitter.com/n7gZDaTOLM
