A man pretended he was getting married to organise himself a one-man stag-do around the finest strip clubs Prague has to offer.
Traditionally, stag and hen parties are a way to bring your school, university and work friends together - perhaps with a mother-in-law or dad thrown in for good measure - for an awkward bender.
Not so for one man, who arrived at stag and hen do organising company Last Night of Freedom, with an intriguing request.
"One man asked if they could do every strip activity in Prague – the only thing was they were going alone," Matt Mavir, managing director of the company, explained.
"He was basically planning a one-man solo strip club tour of Prague and wanted us to book it, which was odd in itself, but we drew a line when he asked if we could also recommend any massage parlours offering happy endings."
The man was not alone in heading on a stag-do by himself, with one Brit ending up on a stag party for one after 18 of his mates got stuck in the UK.
The man from Bristol flew out to Lisbon hoping to meet his friends from London in the bustling Portuguese capital, but was left surprised when he ended up being the only one there with everyone else stranded back home.
Posting on TikTok, the man, who goes by the name Af, discovered that the other members of the stag do decided to cancel last minute after realising their flight back to Luton Airport had been cancelled.
Af, however, had already arrived by this point and decided to push on solo, MyLondon reported back in the summer of 2022, when many air passenger suffered from plane delays and cancellations.
On a rant to his 10,000 followers, Af said: "Why always me? So I’ve just arrived out in Lisbon for a stag do. Nineteen of us on the party. Eighteen are flying from London Luton. I flew in on my own from Bristol.
"As I landed, I got a text from the stag party to say that their return flight had been cancelled and they’re no longer coming out. So I’m out here in Lisbon on my own, for a stag do on my own."
He added: "So tomorrow I’ve got a fun filled packed day. I've got a boat party for one, all you can drink. Then a pub crawl, a bar crawl in the evening, for one, all you can drink."
Last Night of Freedom is familiar with rowdy groups of stags and hens asking for unusual requests, some of which are just too outrageous for the firm to help with.
One group approached the Tyneside company and asked if they could arrange for the groom to “literally be tortured”.
"The best man asked if we could send the stag to an escape room in Eastern Europe, where the staff could do all sorts to him after he signed a waiver," added Matt.
"They wanted them to hurt him, injure him and for the groom to literally be tortured on his own stag do. "We gave that one a wide birth as it sounded like something from Hostel, and I just hope the groom found some better mates once he’s married."
According to Matt, the vast majority of customers want to keep it simple by booking traditional activities like go-karting, beer bikes and bar crawls. However, a growing demand for quirkier activities in recent years has seen demand for left-field pastimes to rocket.
"In Europe, we now offer everything from mud wrestling to flying a fighter jet. I think that’s made customers more confident about approaching us to see if we can fulfil an unusual request," he said.
"In the past we’ve had everything from grannies wanting a Gary Barlow impersonator to a group of stags asking if we could charter a submarine for them, and no matter what the idea is, if we can make it happen, then we will go above and beyond to pull it off."
