A fire on property near Glasgow Queen Street station is set to cause travel disruption this evening (May 31).
ScotRail received reports of a fire between Lenzie and Bishopbriggs. Staff are currently on site carrying out 'safety checks'.
A spokesperson tweeted: "We have received reports of a fire near the lineside between Lenzie and Bishopbriggs. Our staff are on site carrying out safety checks.

"Once we have further information we'll update this thread."
National Rail tweeted: "Due to a fire on property near the railway between Glasgow Queen Street and Edinburgh via Croy trains may be disrupted."
We have contacted the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and British Transport Police for a comment.
