New Delhi: Rajya Sabha MP and senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Lahar Singh Siroya targeted Priyanka Gandhi for demanding the release of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal during the mega rally of INDIA bloc at Ramlila Maidan on Sunday.

Rajya Sabha MP from Karnataka Lahar Singh Siroya posted a letter on social media platform X on Sunday along with his comments. In the latter, he targeted the Gandhi family for talking about Ramayana and Ramrajya in the rally and advocating the release of Kejriwal.
Siroya wrote that "The Nehru-Gandhi family has always thought of itself as kings and queens. They think they are royalty. The fact that we are in a democracy has still not registered on them. Every member of the family speaks like Priyanka Gandhi with total privilege and entitlement. If Priyanka Gandhi contests Rae Bareli people will teach her the Ramayan better."
