Bizarre Bahrain Grand Prix farce explained as FIA issue statement

FIA Bahrain Grand Prix Lewis Hamilton Max Verstappen

The FIA has promised a full review of the circumstances which led to a farcical delayed start at Sunday’s Bahrain Grand Prix, staged at Sepang.

The Grand Prix got underway 90 minutes late due to a combination of bad weather and software issues that saw several cars’ top speeds severely limited during the formation laps.
