U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Dow futures falling more than 200 points on Friday.

Shares of Bitfarms Ltd (NASDAQ:BITF) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company announced the pricing of upsized $500 million of convertible senior notes.
