The Detroit Lions are getting better. They gave the Buffalo Bills all they could handle on Thanksgiving.
Still, they fell 28-25, on a late field goal by Tyler Bass.
And that added another page in the book of how bad the Lions have been over the years.
Voila:
The #Bills are the first team to win back-to-back games at Ford Field (Detroit) since 2016.

The last time it happened involved a Thanksgiving game, too.
On Nov. 20, 2016, the Lions defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars, 26-19. Days later on Thanksgiving, Detroit won an NFC North contest, 16-13, on Matt Prater’s 40-yard field goal as time expired. Prater had tied the game by connecting on a field goal with 1:48 left.
This situation arose because the Bills had to play their previous game at Ford Field due to the massive snowstorm in Western New York last week.
They went on to defeat the Cleveland Browns.
