Noida: A notorious criminal from Bihar was killed in an encounter with police in Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh, an official said.
As per the Noida Special Task Force, Nilesh Rai the deceased criminal had a bounty of Rs 2.25 lakh on his head declared by authorities in Bihar.
