One of Birmingham's most well-known office buildings has undergone a £5 million revamp to create a new flexible work hub.
The Big Peg in the Jewellery Quarter has been rebranded to become 'JQ Modern' and now has new-look serviced and managed private offices capable of housing teams of up to 50 people on flexible terms.
There are also break-out and collaborative spaces, on-site yoga classes, communal lounges, two boardrooms and six meeting rooms.
The seven-storey, 100,000 sq ft building is a well-known sight in the district, overlooking the quarter's Golden Square and counting a range of cafés and other tenants on its ground floor.
Sales and marketing manager Tara Elwell said: "We have put a healthy work environment at the heart of JQ Modern, with abundant natural daylight, opening windows and private workspaces.
"The Jewellery Quarter is the original creative hub of Birmingham and JQ Modern now provides a fantastic opportunity for creators and entrepreneurs to work in a re-imagined space in the historic heart of our brilliant city.
"We are looking forward to bolstering the existing community of digital and creative businesses in the area as exciting new businesses join us."
