Kasper Hogh has reportedly passed a medical ahead of his record-breaking transfer switch to Celtic.
The Parkhead club are poised to land the Bodo/Glimt forward in a deal worth upwards of £11m.
Celtic's previous transfer record was the signing of Arne Engels for £11m.
Now, though, Celtic are set to break the club record to sign Hogh on a four-year deal with the option for a further season.
According to reports in his homeland, Hogh completed a medical in London on Monday and is set to travel to Scotland to finalise his switch to Celtic.
Tipsbladet state only the final signatures are required before the deal will be official and completed, with the Denmark forward to become Celtic's second signing of the summer.
Camilo Duran arrived from Qarabag in a £5m deal, with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain signing a new deal the only other movement from Celtic so far this summer.
